This webinar will cover international law agreements - such as the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the Energy Charter Treaty, and the Paris Agreement - and explore their relation to climate change. The panellists will focus on dispute settlement mechanisms, cases by international courts and tribunals in relation to climate change claims, and the interplay between treaties, investors and corporations.

The webinar will be recorded and made available to registrants for 7 days after the webinar. The link to access the recording will be sent to registrants after the webinar.
